Thank you God for godly friends

Today was one of those days that I'd like to complain about, but I won't. I'm so thankful to God for each day of health and love I share with my family. So many of our dear friends and family suffer daily and don't complain, but rejoice in God's goodness even in their situation. They glorify God with their good attitude. I praise God for these folks and them living as an example of Christ.

P90x continued

I'm in my 3rd round of p90x workouts! I'm hoping to be able to do a real pull up (without a chair or an assistance band) by the end of the year! If not, I'll just keep going and that can be my new-year's resolution.

L M N O Peanut Butter

The kids are have been learning her letters! Last night Joanna and Thomas were playing with their mini magna-doodles. Joanna was writing one letter at a time and erasing it. When she'd draw one she'd say the letter and we'd talk about it. Thomas was doodling along and wrote a P and said "look a P" and I was so proud! He also wrote an O and an M along with Joanna as she went through her letters. Joanna eats carrots with peanut butter. I thought it was an odd combination, but whatever works! It is not that crazy considering folks eat peanut butter on celery, right?

Sore from Insanity Workout

I am just a little sore all over from doing the Insanity workout. It reminded me of my Army days, specifically those at Camp Doha and Camp Arifjan with SFC Johnson doing his own insane kickboxing workout.

Joanna said, "Your hair doesn't match my hair. Your hair is brown.
She also said, "That's not a question [meaning Christian]" in response to someone being mean.
